The Cabin on 360 is an unassuming location whose ground has seen some terrible events in its' past from natives being pushed off their land, to Revolutionary War, Civil War, and a gruesome murder in the brick rancher next door (part of the property).
The Cabin on 360 stands on 7.2 acres of battlefield scarred by the fighting at Bethesda Church during the Overland Campaign. Skirmishes unfolded directly on—and immediately around—the cabin site, where more than 2,000 soldiers were killed or captured, including most of the 49th Virginia and much of the 13th Virginia.
Many of the soldiers engaged here were moving toward Cold Harbor, only 3.1 miles away, where up to 80% of Union casualties occurred in some assaults. Of the five battles in which General Robert E. Lee personally led troops, the Battle of Bethesda Church is one.
Today, The Cabin on 360 remains one of the region’s most active paranormal hotspots. Nearly every phenomenon researchers seek has been documented on the property:
The land also carries the imprint of the Native peoples who once lived here. Possible burial sites have been identified, and visitors have reported hearing chanting, native music, and other unexplained activity connected to this older layer of history.
Whether you’re a paranormal investigator or a history enthusiast, you are invited to experience this extraordinary property firsthand.

In memory of her cherished mother, Holley Cataldo, Shawnna Rigsby and her wife, Danielle, have acquired the stunning Doss House in Loretto, Pennsylvania. This house stands as a symbol of hope for those who believe in the afterlife, especially for Shawnna, who has turned this home into a journey of her mother's enduring legacy in the paranormal community. May everyone who steps inside discover truth, perseverance, and a belief in something greater than the present moment.
Nestled in Loretto, Pennsylvania, The Doss House, constructed in 1810, holds the distinction of being the first home built on land that once belonged to several Native American tribes, including the Shawnee, Lenape (Delaware), Asswikales, and Mingoes. This changed in 1799 when Prince Gallitzin and Charles Schwab began leaving their mark on the town. Father Demetrius Augustine Gallitzin rests in a tomb at the eastern end, while Charles Schwab’s Limestone Castle graces the western end amidst the beautiful shrines and sunken gardens of Mt. Assisi and home of the Franciscan Friars.
At the heart of this historic town lies THE DOSS HOUSE. Interestingly, this house served as the residence for the town's dentist, doctor, under-taker and later for its sole barber, a fact confirmed by many who believe all figures still linger in the area and within the walls of this location. If you're adventurous, you might even encounter the spirit of a little girl in a green dress. Should you venture into the basement, be prepared for shadowy figures and the unsettling sound of an audible growl. The random mantle found there is equally puzzling for others as it is for us!
Exercise caution as you explore the upstairs bedrooms; there have been reports of someone being pushed down the stairs by a spirit known to repeat past actions. The Emporium at West Market Street is a community-driven marketplace in the heart of Downtown Sandusky. We exist to create a space where locals can gather, connect, and thrive. More than just a marketplace, we are a destination—offering everything from daily essentials to grooming services, a tattoo studio, and an event venue that make people want to spend time here.
Our mission is to empower entrepreneurship by providing affordable yet elegant spaces for small businesses, artists, and creators. We know that starting and growing a business is expensive, so we’re here to lower barriers and help dreams take shape. Instead of chasing corporate profits, we invest in street credibility—delivering something authentic, approachable, and built for the community we love and has loved us over the years.
Our commitment to the local government is to create jobs and keep people on payroll. That investment in people allows us to host meaningful activations—from Shoreline Pride Sandusky to Tommy Boy Fest, from Strongman Champions League competitions to the Sandusky Witches' Walk—that celebrate who we are as a community. When the focus shifts outward, new horizons open up, and the community grows stronger together.
We are not a nonprofit, but we purposely position ourselves this way so we can remain nimble and flexible. This freedom allows us to respond quickly, support local needs, and keep our mission centered on people, not profit.
At The Emporium, success isn’t measured only in dollars—it’s measured by how much stronger, richer, and more connected our community becomes. By supporting local businesses and giving people a place to belong, we help all of Sandusky thrive.
